Project Description
A circa 300 kilometre greenfield rail corridor to facilitate construction of the Inland Rail project between Brisbane and Melbourne.
Key Services Provided
The JLL project team is providing a land acquisition service to ARTC:
- Facilitating and delivering property transactions for construction and ongoing operation of the project
- Liaising with Project personnel to identify property related matters as they relate to the project
- Reviewing and checking property acquisition plans, licence plans and any other plans that are required for property documentation purposes
- Providing ongoing property-based intelligence for the purposes of risk and construction management (lease agreements, utility relocations, Native Title issues, road dedication, Crown land issues, government property procedures)
- Liaising and managing property valuers and other property related consultants
- Providing technical support for title and compulsory acquisition submissions
