Dedicated rural valuation team expands following team recruitment in Adelaide

​Australia's largest property services firm, JLL, continues to expand its dedicated Agribusiness valuation unit.
JLL has recruited the entire Adelaide based CBRE agribusiness valuation team, led by Will Gurry, who will join JLL as National Head of Agribusiness Valuations.
Managing Director of Advisory and Consulting Services, John Talbot said, "We are delighted that Will Gurry and his team in Adelaide have joined the JLL Agribusiness platform so soon after the establishment of this venture following the recruitment of the Colliers Sydney based rural valuations team in April.
"In a short space of time JLL has established a credible and sizeable presence in rural valuations across South-Eastern Australia with a presence in NSW, VIC and SA.
"We continue to assess further growth opportunities in the provision of rural property services in response to growing client demands," said Mr. Talbot.

About JLL's new Agribusiness recruits:

Will Gurry will be joining us as a Director and is the leader of the SA team. He has 6 years of rural valuation experience in addition to 6 years working as a farm business consultant. Will's specific expertise is in broad hectare livestock and cropping properties, large forestry portfolios, acquisition / compensation matters and grain receival / processing assets.   
Alistair Sutton will be joining as an Associate Director, with 12 years experience. His main area of specialisation is corporate and privately owned farming enterprises in southern Australia (SA, VIC and TAS) as well as post farm gate agri-processing facilities nationally including abattoirs and dairy processing plants.
Jack Payne will be joining as a valuer with 4 years of professional experience. His main area of focus is in broad hectare cropping and grazing, dairy and rural lifestyle properties but he also has extensive experience in viticulture/wineries.
