JLL to manage 640,000+ sqm NSW Police Property Group portfolio

SYDNEY, 09 December 2021 – Global property services firm JLL has been appointed to support the NSW Police Force in managing its property portfolio across suburban and regional New South Wales.

JLL will manage over 640,000 square metres of property, comprising of 797 sites across New South Wales. The remit includes 83 Police Area Commands across 16 Geographical regional areas across the state. The portfolio will also encompass the Goulburn-based NSW Police Force Academy training facility for probationary constables, spanning a site of more than 40 hectares of land and over 100 individual buildings within this site.

The property services provided by JLL will support Police Property Group (PPG) in facilities management services, lease administration, financial services support alongside state-of-the-art MIS, and IT solutions that offer real time analytics. JLL will oversee the property management and support for tenants and services through its Customer Service Centre.

The NSW Government has recently committed to invest $583 million to introduce 1500 extra police over four years, in addition to $60 million over four years to upgrade the Goulburn Police Academy.

The appointment term is for up to ten years.
