JLL appoints new Head of Property and Asset Management in Canberra

CANBERRA, 28 April 2023 – Global property services firm, JLL, has appointed Sean North as the new Head of Property and Asset Management in Canberra.

Mr North brings more than 17 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, working across Project Management, Asset Management and Capital Markets, and having held several senior leadership positions.

JLL’s Managing Director – ACT, Tim Mutton said, “Sean brings a wealth of experience with a broad cross section of client segments and asset types, and I am delighted to formally announce his appointment as our new Head of Property and Asset Management – ACT.

“Given the depth of his experience, Sean’s appointment is significant for JLL and will complement our national Property and Asset Management division, as we continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. We’re thrilled for Sean to lead our PAM team in Canberra, which will be a key growth sector under his leadership,” said Mr Mutton.

Mr North joins from Knight Frank where he held the role of State Managing Director and has also served as part of the National Asset Services Leadership team, responsible for leading institutional clients.

Prior to that, Mr North has held roles across several real estate disciplines, and was actively involved in national tenant customer initiatives, asset optimisation and overall portfolio performance.
