JLL expands Tenant Representation team with appointment of new Director
Matt Lutman formerly of Mirvac joins JLL Tenant Representation team in WA
PERTH, 2 August 2021 – JLL WA is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Lutman as Director of Tenant Representation.
Mr Lutman joins JLL from Mirvac where he has spent the past fourteen years in Portfolio and Asset Management roles. Prior to this he held strategic advisory and transaction services roles on behalf of major corporations such as CBA.
Bringing with him a wealth of commercial real estate experience, Mr Lutman is uniquely placed to leverage his experience to grow JLL’s Tenant Representation business in Western Australia, which is experiencing increased demand from occupiers looking to recalibrate their real estate footprint in a more challenging environment.
