JLL strengthens its market leading Valuations Advisory team in Australia

JLL has expanded and diversified its valuations team with the appointment of three market experts

AUSTRALIA 22 February 2022 – Following a strong year in 2021, JLL has expanded and diversified its valuations team with the appointment of three market experts with specialised skills across the real estate sector.

Anthony Ishac, based in Sydney, joins the Valuation Advisory Digital Products team.
Tim Stringer, based in Brisbane, is experienced in all aspects of institutional investment management, including portfolio design.
Tanya Parker, based in Adelaide, will be JLL’s National Lead for Data Centre Valuations.

JLL’s Head of Valuation Advisory - (Asia Pacific) John Talbot said, “The addition of Anthony, Tim and Tanya will further diversify our national services to give more focus to real estate areas currently in demand, including Data Centre valuations and enhanced digital and technology platforms. Tim’s addition will increase our advisory service offerings in Queensland, including portfolio design.

Anthony Ishac, based in Sydney, joins the Valuation Advisory Digital Products team as Business Development Director.

Anthony brings over 17 years of strategic business development experience in property data analytics, valuation platforms and research. He has worked with government, financial services and investor clients to create unique property intelligence solutions.

JLL has already been at the forefront of rolling out digital solutions for valuations in Australia over the past few years. These include ‘Virtual Inspection Valuations’ to provide for contactless property valuations for residential owners, an Automated Valuation Model (AVM) for residential property and JLL Live (delivering an on demand same day valuation product).

Tim Stringer, based in Brisbane, has joined JLL as Director, Valuations & Advisory QLD. Tim has extensive investment experience across a broad range of executive roles in the commercial real estate industry across Sydney, Melbourne and London and has held senior roles with AMP, Colonial GAM, Frontier Advisors and International Property Funds Management (IFM/ISPT joint venture).

In addition to his valuation skills, Tim is experienced in all aspects of institutional investment management, advisory and consulting including client management, capital raising, portfolio design, investment strategy, debt, research, deal sourcing, capital transactions, investment decision making, budgeting, investment policies and processes.

Tim will be working closely with Anthony Simpson and will focus on the Brisbane commercial market as well as the broader property strategy and advisory activities for national clients of JLL. 

Tanya Parker, based in Adelaide, will be JLL’s National Lead for Data Centre Valuations and will also focus on institutional valuations in the industrial sector in Adelaide, as part of the South Australian commercial valuation team, led by JLL’s Head of Valuations Advisory - (South Australia) Tracy Gornall.

Prior to joining JLL, Tanya was National Director and Head of Valuations at Colliers International in Adelaide. With more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry including roles at Burgess Rawson, JLL, Green Building Council and Opteon, Tanya has a broad range of commercial valuation experience and has a specialisation in the valuation of data centres across Australia
