JLL’s Valuations team recognised at RICS Australia Awards

AUSTRALIA, 12 SEPTEMBER 2023 – JLL has been awarded ‘Valuation Team of the Year’ in the annual RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Australia Awards 2023.

The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. They recognise outstanding achievement, teamwork and companies.

JLL’s ‘Infrastructure Advisory’ team was recognised in this year’s national awards as ‘Valuation Team of the Year’. 

JLL’s Head of Value and Risk Advisory – Australia and New Zealand, Dale Winfield said, “JLL’s expansion of its valuation sectors in recent years to specialise in ‘Infrastructure Advisory Valuations’ has been recognised this year as leading the industry.

“Our ‘Public Sector Valuations’ team was also given this accolade at the RICS awards in 2019.

“We have grown our Value and Risk Advisory capabilities and strengthened our team, providing a mix of global insights, local knowledge and real-time data to support our clients.

“We will keep expanding the specialist areas of valuations advice we provide in the market, including the continuing growth area of alternative real estate assets,” said Mr Winfield.

JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory business spans the commercial property, retail, industrial and residential sectors. In addition, JLL provides specialised valuations in areas such as public sector, health and aged care, student accommodation, agribusiness, plant and infrastructure.
