JLL wins two prestigious awards at the 2021 Dexus Excellence in Agency Awards

SYDNEY, 12 November 2021 – Global property services firm JLL has been recognised at the annual Dexus Excellence in Agency Awards for the 2020-21 financial years.

The Dexus Excellence in Agency Awards recognise property professionals from across Australia for their outstanding contribution to Dexus’s leasing and transaction success. JLL was the recipient of the following awards:

• Industrial Agent of the Year | David Lidgard
• Industrial Agency of the Year | JLL Parramatta

JLL’s Industrial & Logistics Senior Director, David Lidgard transacted 15 deals at Dexus central west estates, being Regents Park Estate, Silverwater Industrial Estate, Cumberland Green Rydalmere and Loop Business Park, South Granville. The deals totalled approximately 60,000 square metres.

JLL’s Parramatta Industrial & Logistics team, led by National Head of Industrial & Logistics Agency, Peter Blade took home the Industrial Agency of the Year award.
