Baden has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry across a broad spectrum of asset classess, and over the past 15 years has specialised in the field of major hotels and resorts, pubs, clubs and a range of going concern assets including casinos, toursit attractions, management rights, marinas, and golf courses.
Based in Brisbane, Baden is a Senior Director of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Value and Risk Advisory division and services Qld, NT, SA and WA.
The division is a preferred service provider for valuation and consultancy services relating to hotel accommodation, licensed premises (pubs/taverns) and other specialist leisure properties.
