David leads JLL’s Property and Asset Manager business and is a Senior Director in the JLL business. David joined JLL from the Peregrine Corporation in 2018 after 8 years working within their in-house property team. He brings extensive commercial experience having worked across retail, commercial, industrial, car parking and residential property sectors. Prior to JLL, David’s role was as Asset Manager with responsibility for a diverse portfolio of over 40 properties. This has provided David with great insight of the day-to-day operations of a dynamic and independent ownership.
David’s leadership role requires that he work closely with our team of Property Managers, Facilities Managers and Client Accountants to ensure service delivery achieves client expectations at all times.
David has excellent communication skills, both through quality reporting and in person. He also possesses high level commercial negotiation skills and has the ability to develop a strategic approach to problem solving and/or securing added value.
