In his role, Jeremy provides training and mentoring to valuers to facilitate continuous improvement and career development.

Jeremy specialises in valuations of residential, prestige residential and commercial properties throughout Melbourne and surrounding regions. He conducts valuations for mortgage security, stamp duty, capital gains tax and family law purposes over a wide range of mortgage and non-mortgage clientele.


Previous Experience

Jeremy began his valuation career in 1990 as an Assistant Valuer with McKewan O’Grady and Lockie (later to become Savills Victoria) in Melbourne. After gaining his CPV status he continued to work with the business until 1996.

In 1997 Jeremy travelled overseas and worked as a Senior Valuer with Savills in London, primarily undertaking valuations of commercial and residential development projects within the West End and City of London. He returned to Australia in late 1999 to take a role with ANZ as a Technical Services Manager in their Risk Department. In this role, Jeremy was responsible for instructing and reviewing valuation and quantity surveying reports prepared for mortgage security purposes, together with liaising with and upskilling Client Relationship Managers within the Bank. Jeremy then transferred into the Bank’s Property Services team and continued a career in Corporate Real Estate and Property Management for a further 10 years.

Jeremy returned tot eh valuation industry in 2014, initially as a residential valuer, and then as a managing valuer.
