Corporate Solutions encompasses the Tenant Representation Group which specialises in the exclusive representation of client’s interests in transactions and other matters pertaining to office, retail and industrial space whether owned or leased.
Jessica undertakes tenant representation for a wide variety of clients covering; lease acquisitions, lease renewals, lease restructures, rent reviews and lease disposals. Jessica has worked in the real estate industry for 17 years, starting out in residential property management and valuations before joining Jones Lang LaSalle as a graduate in 2008. Jessica has participated in projects of 150 to 15,000m2 including office and industrial property. Such projects include site acquisition, lease negotiation, lease renewals and disposals.
Jessica represents Slater and Gordon as their National Leasing Manager across a portfolio of 40 leases respectively. Prior to representing Slater & Gordon, Jessica was the National Leasing Manager for Programmed (160 leases AUS/NZ), the Bureau of Meteorology (840 sites) and the United Technologies Corporation (UTC) portfolio of 80 leases overseeing lease renewals & acquisitions, disposals of owned assets, portfolio review and strategy planning. Outside of her National Account roles, Jessica has taken a coordinator role on tenant precommitments in excess of 5,000sqm to ensure design and project management team tasks are aligned and meeting client expectations. Jessica has also taken the lead role on a number of Stay versus Go projects to achieve competitive terms for new leases, this includes detailed financial analysis and sound negotiations.
