Based in our Melbourne office, Peter is the Managing Director of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group and heads up the Investment Sales team across Australasia.
For over 15 years, Peter has worked in various hotel investment markets across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Since his relocation to Melbourne in mid-2017, Peter has focused primarily on Australia’s southern states. His transactional track record spans budget to luxury accommodation properties, island resorts and major five star portfolios, which includes several of JLL’s record breaking and landmark transactions.
His extensive experience includes the divestment of hospitality & tourism real estate assets, insolvency & receivership solutions, government consultancy & opportunity marketing, investment strategy reviews, and operator selections.
