He has held strategic research positions at the JLL Adelaide and JLL Sydney offices for over a decade. Rick is responsible for all client-facing research presentations, published data analysis, written research content, and advisory thought leadership for the JLL SA business. His expertise and commentary on the Adelaide commercial property sectors is regularly featured in The Advertiser newspaper and he has worked exclusively with the media outlet on four major collaborative published projects. His thought leadership output includes topics on economics, commercial property investment, future office and industrial occupier demand, and sector-specific economic commentary on topics like Defence, aerospace, biotech, advanced manufacturing and hospitality.
