Ross has over six years' experience with JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group providing asset management services on behalf of hotel owners to maximise profitability and to provide strategic guidance. Coupled with providing numerous clients with advice on hotel operator Selections, Hotel Management Agreement negotiation and the development of Operational Services.
Prior to joining JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group, Ross boasts an extensive 20 year career working in various hotel General Management roles across the Asia Pacific region. During this time he was responsible for the improvement of operational and financial performances, launching hotel brands, extensive hotel refurbishments and team development. Furthermore he possesses over 10 years' experience with pre-opening and opening of Hotels in Australia, Fiji and China.
Ross worked for a US based hotel and travel management company where he was responsible for Hotel Operations and Development across Australia and the Pacific, which included the development and opening of a luxury resort in Fiji.
Ross has provided hotel advisory services to the owners of luxury, upscale, mid-market, new hotels, university accommodation, limited service accommodation, resorts, convention hotels, pubs and serviced apartments both nationally and internationally.
Over the past six years, Ross has been involved in or responsible for hotel assets with a combined value of AUD800 million, where he is recognised for improving the performance of hotels.
