Our AVM provides capital value and rental estimates by using statistical models, valuations and our proprietary database to deliver quality, accurate analysis on any residential property in Australia.
Price Index
Price Index analyses residential capital and rental estimates for properties that have been valued or transacted in the last 10 years. The property valuation is calculated at a specific point in time by applying a price index adjustment to a previously known value (transaction or valuation), stratified by a series of attributes and characteristics.
Risk Metrics
