Occupier demand along Adelaide's retail high streets is approaching levels not recorded since JLL began tracking the data in 2015. A wave of hospitality and fashion operators have secured new space, which is bringing an increased vibrancy to the already strong amenity of the strips. As a result, the blended vacancy rate along Adelaide's main retail high streets fell to 6.9% - the lowest since 2016.
