Momentum in capital markets continued to moderate this quarter with retail yields beginning to soften for most sub-sectors. Changes in the macro-outlook and rising debts costs have impacted investor sentiment and pricing expectations while leasing demand remains subdued as retailers continue to face heightening cost pressures. Retail spending has remained resilient with all states posting consecutive months of positive spending growth from a y-o-y basis.
