Canberra's education sector's impact on housing

Canberra has experienced very strong population growth over recent years. This growth has recently captured local media attention and has undoubtedly had a major impact on Canberra’s housing market. Over the last ten years, the ACT’s population has grown by 72,000 new residents to be 428,100 in September 2019, which is almost double the growth of the previous ten years (41,000 people).
