Challenge
Novotel is a brand of Accor that is inspired by American motels. The hotels are independently operated, offering comfortable rooms, a restaurant and parking facilities.
JLL were engaged by the new hotel owners in 2017 to manage the hotel refurbishment and guest room upgrades. We have also previously carried out work at the hotel including guest room upgrades, a staged refurbishment of existing rooms, the conversion of existing suites to additional keys and providing hotel consulting services.
Approach
The scope of works for room refurbishment included full guest room upgrades and minor enhancements to bathrooms, full refurbishment to corridors and lift lobbies, and new furniture, fixtures and equipment to all refurbished rooms.
Outcome
Our partnership with Novotel Hotel spans 10+ years. We have successfully delivered multiple refurbishment projects with engagement by different owners. High-level client satisfaction has led to a long-term partnership.
