Leading health care provider appoints JLL to manage its property portfolio
Primary Health Care Limited, has appointed JLL to manage their property portfolio.
One of Australia's leading healthcare providers, Primary Health Care Limited, has appointed JLL to manage their property portfolio, covering over 290,000 square metres of facilities across 2,820 sites.
Under the contract, JLL will provide facility management and lease administration services until 2021. The portfolio consists of a broad range of medical and related services including medical centres, pathology facilities and imaging clinics.
JLL's Managing Director, Integrated Facilities Management, Australasia, Chris Hunt said, "We are thrilled to partner with Primary as their first outsourced property services partner."
